Description

This version of fireball has a more destructive epicenter but is harder to control.

This functions as fireball except as noted on its entry. This spell has 3 less damage dice (minimum 1d6, max 8d6 at 11th level). However, the damage is increased by 5d6 against targets caught in the central 10-ft.-radius of the spell.

Note: This spell is 40% to 20% weaker than fireball at its edge, and 20% to 30% stronger than fireball at its center.
